Prior to joining Ausfine Foods International in 1999, Chris had 2 years hands on experience at processing plants in Victoria including Tatura Milk Industries and Murray Goulburn.

Qualifications include Diploma of Applied Science in Food / Dairy Technology and Export Marketing qualifications

Since 1975 Don has been involved in the Australian Dairy Industry in various managerial roles including administration, production and export sales and marketing. From 1980 directly involved in exporting a full range of Australian dairy products to most parts of the world. Qualifications in Accounting and Export Marketing, Cheese grading qualifications and experience.

Steve Joined Ausfine in May 2004.  For over 13 years Steve has gained extensive international experience in export meat sales.

He specialises in nearly all frozen/chilled meat & offal commodities, currently trading to various markets such as South Africa / P R China / Hong Kong / Taiwan / Korea / Philippines & Middle East and is always looking for business opportunities to new markets.


Matt Cooper

Matt joined the dairy division of Ausfine Foods in January 2006. Matt has a bachelor of business in International Trade from Monash University and has over 10 years experience in running a successful logistics company. Matt brings an extensive business and administrative back ground to Ausfine to compliment the existing team.

Garry joined Ausfine in January 2010, bringing 20 years experience in International Trade of Dairy Products. Garry joins Ausfine as a result of consistent growth in our Dairy Trading activities, bringing a great deal of experience and long term relationships established over many years involvement in the industry.

Garry has brought new customers to Ausfine activities, as well as contributing to our existing relationships with current customers, to offer continued and improved market reach to our principles and suppliers. Garry will focus mainly on Sth East Asia, North & Central America, New Zealand & Pacific Islands.

In January 2010 the Ausfine Foods International - Philippine Representative Office was established – the first of several branches planned for Asia. Alfred, an 18 years veteran of Philppine Retail and Foodservice sales and marketing was brought in to head this office.

With Alfred’s experience and relationship with key clients both in foodservice and retail, Ausfine Foods International plans to offer a unique service to Philippine clients – dairy category and supply management. Ausfine Philippines’ core business is partnering with retailers and foodservice accounts in establishing, growing, and sustaining their dairy business and dairy supply requirements.


Janie Bieg

Janine has been with Ausfine since 1989, over that time she has become an expert in export documentation and country requirements. Janine is an integral link in liasing between supplier, shipping companies and customers.


Jenny Beindsten

Jenny Brinsden

Jenny joined Ausfine in 2005 to assist Janine in the documentation division. She has quickly become an integral part of the Ausfine team, particularly concentrating on the documentation required for the export of meat products.   She is responsible for liasing between customers, export sales, shipping lines, AQIS and Australian customs.
