After identifying a need in the Food Service market, Ausfine developed Dairy Nice as an alternative affordable range of premium curated dairy products.

Developed in 2013, the range now includes:

MilkyBake

Recognising the need to offer a low-cost alternative to skim milk powder and full cream milk powder, Ausfine developed the "Milkybake" range to deliver a competitive edge to its customers.

Designed to ‘replace’ skim milk and full cream milk powders in bakery and confectionary applications with a saving of roughly 30-40% on SMP and FCMP prices.

Milkybake Low Fat is a 1 to 1 replacement of Skim Milk Powder in all Bakery applications. It can be used in the recipe to replace Skim Milk Powder to help reduce the price, and the finished product is the same quality.

Milkybake Half Fat is manufactured by mixing fresh dairy cream and dairy whey powder together and then drying into the powder form. It is used as a 1 to 1 replacement for dairy powders in all bakery applications.

Milkybake 28% Fat Milk Powder is manufactured by mixing fresh Dairy Cream and Dairy Whey together, and then drying into the powder form. It is used as a 1 to 1 replacement for Full Cream Milk Powder in all bakery applications.

Australian and Oceania Dairy Products

Australia's favourable climate and conditions allows year round natural pasture grazing resulting in a dynamic, efficient dairy industry. Australia produces excellent quality milk products with costs amongst the lowest in the world. 50% of all dairy products produced in Australia are exported. Ausfine Foods is situated in Victoria, Australia's largest dairying state. Victoria accounts for over 60% of total milk production with the majority of milk going into manufactured exports. Ausfine Foods offers a full range of quality Australian and Oceania dairy products in bulk and consumer packs.

USA and European Origin Dairy Products

As Australia becomes more of a niche and speciality dairy producer, there are some ingredients which are not available from Australia or Oceania which Ausfine can supply from other producing regions. Our focus is on high quality, long term, regular supply and hence we focus primarily on USA and European Origin products.
